What data do we collect?

Sensitive data:

• Surname, first name, email address

These data are used for authentication, the creation of the user profile, adding a patient as well as assessment billing and are only kept for these purposes and will never be disclosed.

Other data:

• Gender, Age
• Weight, height and other physical data
• Posture pictures
• Training program preferences
• Psychological questionnaires

These data are necessary for our algorithms to produce the results that form the core of the application.

We do not collect additional data without informing you first. Sensitive data and other data being encrypted and completely dissociated to ensure security can then be used anonymously to improve our algorithms or our artificial intelligence models and can also be shared with a third party for the purpose of technological and/or scientific advancement.

How do we protect your data?

In order to ensure the protection of your security, we use the security protocol of the transport layer (secure data encryption) to transmit the data in our system.

All data stored in our system is well secured with the most up-to-date protocols and is only accessible to a limited number of our employees. The latter are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and a violation of this agreement would result in the dismissal of the employee

How to delete your data?

You can completely delete your account and the associated data via the app in the profile section.
