The BTX Enterprise Portal is an analytics tool designed for Human Resources departments to visualize employees’ physical, mental, and social well-being in an anonymous and aggregated manner. It provides companies with statistical insights and trends on workforce well-being, without any possibility of identifying individual employees.
By using the portal, users fully accept these terms of use.
2. Data Anonymization and Confidentiality
The data displayed in the BTX Enterprise Portal is strictly anonymized and cannot be used to identify any individual employee. This information is used exclusively to generate aggregated reports and improve BIOTONIX’s artificial intelligence models and algorithms.
The company using the portal agrees to respect this anonymization and must not attempt to re-identify individuals from the data provided. No personally identifiable information is accessible through the portal.
3. No Medical Value
The assessments and indicators presented in the portal do not constitute a medical diagnosis or professional health advice. They are based on statistical analyses and predictive models aimed at providing an overall view of employee well-being.
If an employee expresses concerns about their physical or mental health, we recommend that companies direct them to a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Responsibilities of the Company Using the Portal
The company using the portal agrees to:
- Not use the data for discriminatory or punitive actions against employees.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations related to data protection and privacy, including the requirements of Quebec's Law 27 regarding workplace psychological health.
- Educate employees about the portal’s purpose, which is to improve well-being, not to evaluate individual performance.
5. Security and Access to the Portal
Access to the portal is restricted to authorized users designated by the company. These users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and ensuring the proper use of the platform. Any suspicious activity or unauthorized access must be reported to BIOTONIX immediately.
BIOTONIX implements advanced security measures to protect data; however, the company using the portal must also adopt secure practices (e.g., avoiding credential sharing, using secure connections, etc.).
7. Acceptance of Terms
Use of the BTX enterprise portal implies full acceptance of these terms. BIOTONIX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with prior notification to users.
